Meyn Innovating VIV Turkey 2017

The 2017 VIV Turkey exhibition will take place from July 6th  - 8th in the Istanbul Expo Center located at Airport Yesilkoy. At Booth C21 in Hall 10, Meyn will have all the experts available to provide you with the knowledge to help accelerate your poultry processing business with our innovative solutions. 

Meyn will be showcasing three major innovations in Istanbul. They are the WLD whole leg deboner M2.0 processing system, Rapid breast deboner M4.0, TDS thigh deboning solution M1.0, and our animal welfare compliant Grande drawer transporting system.

WLD WHOLE LEG DEBONER M2.0

The Meyn WLD whole leg deboner M2.0 processes left and right anatomical legs with or without skin at a capacity of 3,600 legs per hour. The high performance machine produces whole leg fillets with the high quality required by export markets. Besides a significant amount of labor reduction, an unrivaled high and consistent yield can be obtained without troublesome adjustments. All remaining manual activities are fast to learn, easy to execute and less stressful on the muscles and joints of the workers. This allows processors to obtain outstanding results in a short period of time and continuity is easily secured. 

RAPID BREAST DEBONER M4.0

Visitors to VIV Turkey 2017 in Istanbul are also encouraged to enquire about the super-efficient and compact Rapid breast deboner M4.0. A ‘Plug & Play’ version of Meyn’s widely installed automatic Rapid Plus breast deboner, the Rapid requires minimal installation time and provides an optimal footprint/capacity ratio. This flexibility provides existing and new customers with lower total cost of ownership, and through automation can save customers up to 19 full time employees per shift. 

TDS THIGH DEBONING SOLUTION M1.0

Product specialists will also be available on the floor in Moscow to discuss the superior qualities of the TDS thigh deboning solution M1.0. The widely installed Meyn TDS thigh deboning solution comprises multiple integrated process steps that enable poultry producers worldwide to enjoy maximum yield, quality and throughput with a minimum of labour. It is available in three versions, with capacities ranging from 3,600 thighs per hour up to 7,200 thighs per hour.

GRANDE DRAWER SYSTEM

VIV Turkey 2017 invites guests to enquire about Meyn's Grande Drawer system that was introduced in 2017 as a new solution in the Meyn Live bird handling portfolio. The key element of the system is the Grande module. The poultry loaded in the module at the farm, is being transported to the plant and in the large drawers presented to the processing line. The module meets the market demands regarding animal welfare and efficiency in all steps of the process; at the farm, during transport and in the processing plant. The Grande Drawer system can of course be combined with other Meyn applications as automatic unloading and loading of trailers, (selective) live bird buffer and CO2 stunning.
