TDS THIGH DEBONING SOLUTION M1.0

The Meyn TDS thigh deboning solution comprises multiple integrated process steps that enable poultry producers worldwide to enjoy maximum yield, quality and throughput with a minimum of labour. It is available in three versions, with capacities ranging from 3,600 thighs per hour to 7,200 thighs per hour.

MULTISTAGE CO2 STUNNING SYSTEM

When Meyn developed its new multistage C02 stunning system, a lot of attention was given to animal welfare. As the birds remain in the drawer or container during stunning, the handling and transport of active birds is completely eliminated. This largely reduces handling stress and thus risk on injuries to the birds. The closed cabinet construction allows for the CO2 concentration to be managed perfectly in every stage of the process. This ensures a humane stun and greatly improves product quality.
