FLEX PLUS CUT UP SYSTEM

Expomeat 2017 invites guests from all over the world to discover new innovations in feed and food supply. Meyn will be present at the event, and will take the opportunity to introduce the high profitability Flex Plus cut up system. Today’s customers understand the need to cut precisly, work flexibly, and to provide a consistently high yield. Taking these elements into consideration, Meyn’s engineers have integrated their modules and options into a new processing line, the Flex Plus, which provides an even higher system flexibility for increased yield and profitability.  

MAGS AUTOMATIC GIBLET HARVESTING SOLUTION

An essential part of Meyn’s evisceration program is giblet harvesting. Meyn can supply a complete range of giblet harvesting solutions, from manual to fully automatic, suitable for different applications and every market requirement.

Starting with the Meyn Maestro, the unrivaled eviscerator in the market, over 99.5% packs are available for harvesting. With an optimum product presentation, the packs are transported to the new Mags automatic giblet harvesting system. The intestines and gall are automatically removed from the liver and all edible organs (livers, hearts and gizzard) are separated.

RAPID BREAST DEBONER M4.0

Visitors to Expomeat 2017 in Sao Paulo are also encouraged to enquire about the super-efficient and compact Rapid breast deboner M4.0. A ‘Plug & Play’ version of Meyn’s widely installed automatic Rapid Plus breast deboner, the Rapid requires minimal installation time and provides an optimal footprint/capacity ratio. This flexibility provides existing and new customers with lower total cost of ownership, and through automation can save customers up to 19 full time employees per shift.
