The Line weigher M2.0 uses the latest weighing stabilization, product guidance and computer technology. It delivers accurate results which are later used by the distribution department to guide products to the correct processing lines.
Products are guided through a stabilizing infeed to keep the bird as still as possible upon entry. The shackle moves around a 180° turn and is braced via infeed cords and stabilizers. Double digital load cells weigh the bird. That figure is tagged to each shackle and the product is then distributed to whole bird drop stations or to Cut up modules via routing software.
