The perfect solution for transferring between two lines where speeds and positions are synchronized. With 16 units on the clamp wheel and a wider slaughtering shaft cutting wheel, the module allows a smooth transfer proces at the highest line speed.
Slaughtering to Evisceration
In the first shaft the carcasses are cut from the shackle and transferred with a pall wheel to the Evisceration line. Legs are pushed into shackles and later pressed down in the shackle by a cam positioned unit.
Evisceration to Chilling
In the first shaft, carcasses are lifted from the shackle and hung into the transfer wheel, where the legs are then pushed into chilling shackles by a guide bar and wheel. In both cases, if legs are not synchronized, they drop before the rehanger to avoid being broken.
