The Meyn® BC40 breast Cap Filleting machine produces high-quality whole or half breast fillets, with or without skin and both with tenderloins attached, with excellent yield. The fillets require minimal trimming and have perfect presentation, suitable for tray packing.
A central motor powers all moving parts, driven by chain guards. This results in consistent, reliable performance along with marginal downtime and maintenance. For a fully automated product supply and discharge, Meyn provides integrated crate handling systems, operator stands, discharge conveyors and trimming tables. This creates a compact layout with minimal handling and optimal ergonomics.
Operations
An operator manually loads the breast caps onto the product carriers. Breast caps fit exactly into the carrier where it’s held firmly in position.
The module is equipped with an exchangeable stamp mechanism to remove the wishbone to give processors the ability to minimise bone content and maximise meat yield. Options
