Operations
The In-Line Thigh deboning carousels are integrated within the Physic Cut up line, enabling the bypass of legs based on weight and quality while it delivers up to 15,000 fillets/hr. Our proprietary deboning technology produces the highest number of bone-free products, yet requires the least number of people for inspection and trimming. No manual loading or re-hangers are required.
