Birds are guided into the Head Puller between two positioning bars. As the bars tighten, the head is guided into the space and removed by the force of the shackle continuing around the overhead conveyor. Products go into a container or via a pump and processing solution (sold separately). Critical to the quality and yield of the final product is a precise neck incision from the killer.
