The Organ & Feet Chiller for organs, hocks and other (not whole chickens) products provides reliable and great results. The chiller can be upright on the floor or on a raised platform and cover several end products.
Products are sent through a horizontal corkscrew against a cold water current. By going against the water flow, the temperature differential is maximized between the product and the chill medium. To increase the products' contact with cold water, screw chillers come standard with agitation stations.
