Meyn Food Processing Technology BV today announced that they have established Meyn Italy SRL and have acquired the assets of Maxitech SRL and Maxi STM; companies specialized in world-class live bird handling solutions. Meyn is the global market leader in poultry processing solutions with an extensive portfolio of poultry processing machines. The Maxitech products are valuable additions to the Meyn portfolio and will be incorporated into Meyn’s family of products.

With this acquisition, Meyn will have four manufacturing locations; Oostzaan (Netherlands), Atlanta (US), Lebork (Poland) and Bovezzo (Italy).

Ms. Federica Martinazzi has been appointed Operations Director of Meyn Italy SRL.
