At the 8th International Poultry Forum in China our researcher Willem Heemskerk gave a lecture about Meyn's Multistage CO2 gas stunning system. Besides presenting the characteristics of the solution, he also pointed out the improvement in animal welfare and the quality of meat compared to waterbath stunning. Also, during this 2-day event our Chinese colleagues were standby to provide the local audience tailored information according to their needs.
