Our all new module counts birds in the bleeding line with an accuracy rate never seen before, at any line speed between 1,000 and 15,000 shackles/hr
Birds pass through the counter in a straight section or immediately proceeding the bleeding line. An LED panel sits on one side of the line and a SmartCam is set up on the opposite side in a box, which captures an image of every shackle. An integrated trigger wheel keeps track of the line. The LED itself can be integrated into the Meyn line control panel. The sophisticated technology can detect birds hung by one leg, improperly hung and loose feet/hocks.
