The self-adjustable Meyn Wing Cutter HY Pro removes whole wings from grillers of variable shape and size in one single setting. Maintaining a highly consistent and precise cut even when running at a speed of 7,500 BPH.
The dual circular knives and their stainless-steel motors are fitted within a spring coil suspension to adjust to each bird individually. Suitable for grillers up to 4.3 kg. Able to process a 1.5 kg variation within one setting.
When required, the cut can include a maximum amount of back meat while minimizing the amount of breast meat, but other combinations can be selected as well.
