We are continuously reinventing ourselves to serve poultry processors better. One of the latest major initiatives is our migration towards a new and advanced ERP system. With this change we further integrate the various Meyn production sites and business functions like parts sales and service management as we have better digital alignment.

We strive for a smooth transition and we do our utmost to limit any negative impact for you. The go live will be April 4^th, 2022.
To prepare everything, we need one week of full closure which will is scheduled from March 28^th until April3^rd.
In this week our ecommerce environment will be out and we can’t take in new orders.

One change you will notice after go live is the change from old to new parts numbers.
The new number consists of 4 digits followed by a dot and then again 4 digits, for example the “0990.LR00.000.02” will change into “0008.4286”.
By renumbering all items, we will limit the number of identical variants and make the system more reliable.

In all our documents we’ll use the new part number as official number, however we will give the old part number as well, so you are able to recognize the parts as you are used to. Depending on your level of IT automatization this may require some actions from you. By request we can share with you an extensive parts list with the current number and the number it is replaced by to upload in your own system.
