End of Active Sales (EOAS)
Following our initial EOL announcement in September 2024, we would like to inform you that the entire Omron CQ/CJ/GRT series of PLCs and related components as well as the SRT-CompoBus has now reached EOAS status. While most items within this series were already designated as EOAS as of September 1, 2024, the full range of CQ/CJ/GRT-related PLCs and components will officially reach EOAS status as of August 1, 2025. This means that these products will no longer be actively offered for sale beyond this date.
As a professional and highly capable alternative, we deliver the Omron NX series, which offers modern architecture, enhanced performance, and long-term availability. The NX series is well-suited for both new installations and migration from legacy systems.
We encourage you to review your current installed base and consider appropriate migration or replacement strategies. Our team is available to support you with transition planning and to advise on suitable alternatives.
End of Service (EOS)
The official End-of-Support (EOS) date for the products listed in this announcement is January 1, 2028¹. During the EOS period, support will be limited to non-hardware-related services, such as software updates, data backups, and technical guidance. We strongly recommend planning and implementing any necessary product modifications or upgrades during this time to ensure continued performance and reliability.
