Products move through a stabilizing infeed that maintains their position. The shackles and products are guided around a 180-degree turn using infeed cords and product stabilizers. Precision double digital load cells capture real-time weight data and transmit it to a central weighing computer, which sends the results to the Meyn Distribution Manager to determine subsequent processing stages. This high-speed system delivers precise weight measurements—handling up to 15,000 birds per hour in sorting lines and up to 7,500 birds per hour in Physic cut-up lines—ensuring each product reaches its optimal destination.
