It seamlessly transfers birds from the 6" evisceration line to the 6" chill line shackles while maintaining full synchronization. This design virtually eliminates dropped birds and one-leg transfers. Together with the integrated high-precision weighing gives you the exact weight details, before chilling.
The Meyn® Asymmetric Weighing Evisceration-Chill rehanger smoothly transfers birds from the 6" evisceration line to the 6" chill line shackles on the outgoing shaft. In the middle shaft, the leg carriers expand eccentrically to 11 inches wide before contracting back for transfer. At their widest point, the carriers pass over two parallel load cells, allowing precise digital weighing without bird-to-bird contact. The mechanically locking leg carriers with back support keep birds completely stable for most accurate weighing.
