The Meyn Syncom HS Rehanger is a fully synchronized solution, ensuring flawless alignment of slaughtering and evisceration lines. With 16 units on the clamp wheel and an expanded slaughtering shaft cutting wheel, this high-speed version ensures seamless product transfer.
Birds enter the rehanger suspended by their feet in the slaughter shackle. They are positioned individually in the first shaft cutting wheel, where feet or hocks are cut with precision to maximize yield. The products are then placed on the second shaft's clamping wheel for correct orientation to the evisceration shaft. Here, legs are smoothly transferred to evisceration shackles while the breast is pressed downward, enabling a cam-driven unit to properly position the hocks in the evisceration shackle. The feet in the slaughtering shackle and the birds in the evisceration shackle continue inline for further processing.
In the event of an unexpected stop, the system automatically directs carcasses to an emergency conveyor, minimizing disruptions.
